Six common reasons clients commission an appraisal.
- Insurance: annual sum insured review for cars older than five years where the standard handbook value no longer reflects condition.
- Total-loss claims: rebuttal valuation when an insurer’s adjuster offer feels low.
- Divorce or matrimonial settlement: impartial valuation of jointly held vehicles for financial disclosure.
- Probate: valuation as at a fixed date for estate accounting.
- Charitable donation: donation receipt purposes for vehicles given to registered NGOs.
- Downsizing: for collectors selling part of a private collection privately.

Where our reports are accepted.
Our written appraisals have been used over the past three years by Allianz General Insurance Malaysia, AIG Malaysia, Tokio Marine, MSIG and Liberty Insurance for sum-insured reviews and total-loss negotiations. They have also been accepted in divorce proceedings and estate filings handled by firms in Bangsar, Damansara Heights and Mont Kiara.
We do not maintain formal panel arrangements with any insurer; that independence is the point of the exercise.
Plain pricing, no per-page nonsense.
