Things people ask before walking in.
Do I need to make an appointment to view a car?
Strictly speaking, no — we’re open six days a week. But booking 30 minutes ahead means we can have the car ready, have the records on the desk, and avoid you waiting if a colleague is mid-handover.
What is included in your 200-point inspection?
Every car is lifted and worked from the underbody up: chassis, drivetrain, suspension, braking, electricals, HVAC, body alignment, paint readings, interior wear, and a 30-minute road test on mixed surfaces. Buyers receive the full PDF on request.
Can you arrange financing?
We don’t broker loans in-house, but we work alongside Maybank, CIMB and Public Bank panels. We’ll send your details (with consent) to whichever you prefer; the rates and approvals stay strictly between you and the bank.
How do you decide on a trade-in price?
Three inputs: live Malaysian wholesale auction data, our own inspection on the lift, and the realistic time-to-sell on the local market. We write the figure on a one-page sheet and explain how we got there. Bring the original logbook.
What happens if something goes wrong shortly after I drive away?
Every car we sell carries a 14-day mechanical assurance. If a covered fault appears, you bring the car back, we diagnose it on our lift at no charge, and we put it right. Details are spelled out in your sale agreement.
Do you accept cars from outside Klang Valley?
Yes. We’ve handled trade-ins from Ipoh, Seremban and Melaka. For pre-purchase inspections we can also dispatch an inspector to a seller’s premises within Selangor and KL for a flat travel fee.
